Thai Yoga Massage
$65 for a 60 min. session
$90 for a 90 minute session

Thai Yoga Massage is a traditional healing modality that has been practiced in Thailand for thousands of years. It has become increasingly popular in the west and is one of the fastest growing massage modalities.

Thai Yoga Massage incorporates a traditional combination of acupressure, energy work and yoga-like stretching for both an invigorating and relaxing experience.

Sometimes when we hear something called "energy work" it makes us feel a little uncomfortable, so I want to assure that after experiencing Thai Yoga Massage myself, there is nothing "hokey" (sorry for the pun) about the treatments or it's benefits.

The Benefits:
Tension and stress relief, increased flexibility, energy, circulation and lymph flow, while decreasing muscle soreness and pain. All these are important because as we care for the body via stress relief, we increase blood flow and help the body heal itself.

What to Expect:
Thai Yoga differs from traditional massage in several ways. First, the body work is performed on a mat or the floor. The client is fully dressed in comfortable loose fitting clothes. No oil is used at all. The therapist is in close proximity to the client, assisting in stretching.
