POLICIES
Reserving An Appointment
To ensure that you get the date, time, and technician you want, we recommend that you schedule your next appointment on the same day as your last visit. A credit card is required to hold your reservation.
Standing Appointments
We highly recommend reserving a standing appointment if you visit Spa Va on a regular basis. Therefore, your weekly or monthly appointment will be guaranteed.
Check-In
Please check-in 15 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your treatment. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated so other clients do not have to wait for their services.
Tardiness
If you are running late, we will gladly perform your services. However, we will omit anything necessary to remain on schedule out of consideration for our other clients. We appreciate your understanding.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required to avoid charges. An appointment cancelled or rescheduled the day of will be charge 50% of the service. A no show will result in a full charge.
Gift Certificate Policy
A Gift Certificate or Gift Card must be presented to be redeemed for services. Gift certificates 2 years or older will be honored for half of the gift certificate value.
College Student & Senior Discount
College students and senior citizens receive a 10% discount off select services.
Our Staff
At Spa Va we are confident that you will find everyone on our staff to be highly trained and very knowledgeable. We encourage you to experiment with different technicians to find the perfect balance for you.
